  • Things you should know about your password

    Password must be between 12 to 64 characters long, with no more than three repetitive or sequential characters. A particular character must not occur more than 3 times. It must include at least three of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a special character or a number.

  • How to retrieve my activation code?

    You have to be invited by your company to activate your account. Thus, you need an activation code. Please be aware that the code you receive is valid for 1 month.
    If you have lost your activation code or if the one you have has expired, you can get a new one by clicking here.

  • Why using my personal email address?

    Your company is offering you this service but the account you are about to activate is personal. You can keep your account for free even after leaving your company. If it happens that your new company uses our service, you can keep your existing account to receive new documents on it!
